This application was developed and programmed by Dr. Gerson Rodríguez, a Pediatric Specialist from the University of the North, Colombia.

Main Features:

1. Height, Weight, and BMI curves for boys and girls with Cerebral Palsy, stratified by the Gross Motor Function Classification System (I-V), with level V divided into those requiring feeding tube (TF) and those who do not (NT). Published by Jordan Brooks in Pediatrics 128.2: e299-e307.
2. Percentiles and Z-Score Graphs and Calculations according to WHO parameters, with sensitivity based on days of life to ensure accurate growth assessment in the following indicators:
   • Weight/Height
   • Weight/Age
   • Height/Age
   • BMI/Age
   • Head circumference/Age
3. Calculation of daily fluid requirements following the Holliday and Segar method or considering body surface area.
4. Create and manage patient databases, including Percentiles, Z-scores, and anthropometric measurements for comprehensive monitoring.
5. Easily import and export the database for flexible and practical management.
6. Growth charts for preterm neonates based on FENTON (2013), INTERGROWTH-21st, and OLSEN (2010) references.
7. Growth charts for patients with Down syndrome: Specifically adapted for this population.

Advanced Mathematical Model: The results in this application are obtained using the LMS model (Cox Distribution: Skewness - Median - Coefficient of Variation) for each growth indicator: Height, Weight, BMI, and Head Circumference.
